Congratulations to all the winners and participates of the RAISE THE ROOF Invitational held at Kennedy.  We want to thank everyone who helped make this competition a success!

The Kennedy show choirs had another successful competition weekend at Davenport's Great River.  Chanteurs, our 9th grade show choir, competed in the prep division where they were 5th place.  Chanteurs were a mere 1 point from 4th place in the division and 36 points over the only other 9th grade show choir there!  Protege was named champion of the prep division.  Happiness, Inc. ended both the day and evening rounds at 1st Runner-up in an extremely competitive field.  Finally, for the 3rd competition in a row, the show choir combo was just 1 point from being named Best Band.  Congrats to all involved in the Kennedy show choir program!  Your next chance to see the show choirs is this weekend when we host our own competition, Raise the Roof.!

The dates on the calendar below are CORRECT!  There are several dates that differ from the dates published in the Kennedy High School calendar mailed to families in August.  Please follow the dates below and not the dates on the printed Kennedy Calendar.
