Jean opened the meeting with discussion and questions about Scrimmage and Back to School Patio Party August 20th : start 5pm, bring chairs etc.
Gatorade donations collected at Scrimmage by Gail Miller
Watermelon Feed August 19th: HyVee donated 20 Watermelons. Jean will pick up Watermelons; Helpers bring tables, knives and coolers.

Homecoming: Parade Wednesday Sept.29th need trucks for teams to ride on contact Teresa Paulsen. Gail and Dana talked about decorations at Kingston. It was decide that Homecoming Committee will have a separate meeting Dana, Gail and Teresa will e-mail each other and decide on a date. Then invite others to join and volunteer for Homecoming events. Jean asked if support group is interested in selling a Homecoming T-shirt. Nothing was decided on t-shirts.
Advertising for Kingston: Sherry Cossman reported it was going good.
Pig Skin Club will again be at Edgewood Ave HyVee 11:30 am , First Pig Skin Club August 26th @ 11:30 am.
Letter Writing campaign- Tressa (treasurers not present) Jean mention it was off to a slow start. Karen J. suggested next year we go back to the boys signing the letters.

Reminder of Preseason Football tickets available for purchase (good for all games at Kingston; home or away or other metro teams) and Benchwarmers please sell and return with money to activities office.
Senior Night: Katie Berry and Gail Miller offered to help. Deanna Lizarraga will coordinate senior forms for senior book.
Team meals: Tressa organizing, first meal is a cook out, she will e-mail for donations. Questions/discussion about sandwiches for any away games.
More opportunities for Kingston Volunteering; Gail Miller asked if people where interested and will send e-mail of dates with openings from Tom Seedorf
