Treasurer’s Report: Deanna Lizarraga – She will continue next year as Treasurer as well
· Expenses and comparison to previous year and next year’s budget provided.
· Budget approved for next year

Booster Club Report: Gail Miller – She will continue next year as Booster Club Rep as well
· Next Booster Club meeting Monday, January 23rd; Everyone is welcome to attend
· Gail requesting bill for helmet reconditioning to submit to Booster Club for committed funds for football.
· Consider Ad in program?
New Business:
· 2012 Budget - Approved
· Shrine Bowl Sponsorship for Josh Jahlas approved
· Requests for assistance from Coach Lewis
o $5,000 for helmet reconditioning/jerseys
o $5,000 for Northfield drainage – all groups who use will be committing funds
*Need to note specifics listed above in letter for the Letter Writing Campaign
· Approved $5,000 for North field drainage by Support Group
· Approved $2,700 to be used from committed Booster Club funds for helmet reconditioning
